Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Snark Attack Co.! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the US:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are beyond our control.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. Snark Attack Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs, nor for any duties or taxes applied to your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
